Enrollment

In order to enroll your child at Riteway Childcare Center, please first contact us to check for availability in your child’s age group. If there is no space in that group we can place you on our wait list and contact you once a spot is available. There are many required forms to be  filled out before students are accepted into our program. Our  enrollment application and a list of documents needed to complete registration are available for download as a PDF  Document, see below.  Please take a moment to read the entire package for a clearer  understanding. For your convenience we have also provided copies of our boys & girls uniform sheets, potty trained children over 2 1/2 are required to be in uniform. Also below is a copy of the Universal Health Record form to be filled out by your child's physician.  Thank you!
